Rugged 500D Cordura fabric shell, MAS air flow interior for ventilation, and generous reflective panels. Adjustable shoulders reinforced with 1.5" wide webbing that extends back to front in a single piece. 4 crotch strap D-rings, 2 stretch mesh pockets, 2 fleece lined hand warming pockets, and 2 large cargo pockets, one with antenna slip. Lash tab, helmet hanger loop, and orange whistle. (Note - Type III vest. Does not require swiftwater rescue training to wear. No rescue belt.)
